By accessing or using NIRI ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

NIRI is a trade journaling and analytics platform designed to help traders track, review, and analyse their trading performance. The platform connects with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) to sync trade data automatically. All analytics and AI insights are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on NIRI constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. AI coaching reports and all other content are for educational and journaling purposes only. You should not act upon any information provided by NIRI without seeking independent professional financial advice. NIRI expressly disclaims all liability for any trading decisions made based on information or analysis provided by the platform.

4. Trading Risk Acknowledgement

Trading forex, commodities, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in forex trading can work against you as well as for you. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in these markets. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance — whether your own journal data or any example data shown on the platform — does not guarantee or predict future results.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify NIRI immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

6. Subscription and Billing

NIRI offers free trial access and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. NIRI reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NIRI to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any malicious code or interfere with the platform's infrastructure; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the service; (d) use the platform to provide financial services to third parties without appropriate authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NIRI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of NIRI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. NIRI's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid NIRI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NIRI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

NIRI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NIRI shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
